Unshackled freedom is what writing embodies in my eyes..

When the pen glances the page or the keys strike, the writer is constrained only by their imagination, skill and perseverance.

There is a strange romance to being able to pen your words that may not so easily be uttered, for instance to the love of your life! A monologue absent of fear of judgement..

Writing down your thoughts has a longevity that will outlive all of us and carry forward our deepest yearnings to generations to come. Our words will form the collective memory of humanity to times unknown and unforeseen.

The act of writing to me has the intrinsic ability to unite all of us who engage in it..
Cast your mind to the great stalwarts of the literary world that came before us. Shakespeare, Edgar Allan Poe, Mark Twain, Robert Frost, Agatha Christie… still echo in our halls, in our very soul.

Writing is an exercise that brings immense edification to the entire human race, whether it be the documenting of ground-breaking discoveries or innovations to the passionate discourse of two lovers. The written word has transformative power!
